Calls to our 0844 numbers cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge. The access charge varies by phone provider and is set by your network operator, not by us. Please check with your provider for their access charge rates.
Typical access charges range from 0p to 65p per minute depending on your provider and tariff. Calls from mobiles may cost more than calls from landlines.
Our service connects your call to Sky customer services. We do not provide customer support directly. Once connected, you will be dealing with Sky's own customer service agents.
We cannot guarantee connection times, waiting times or the outcome of your call with Sky. We are not responsible for any advice, information or services provided by Sky during your call.
