Exciting New Sport Coverage for the Whole Family

There is wonderful news for sports fans across the UK as Sky Sports prepares to broadcast the inaugural Netball Quad Series! This exciting new tournament brings together the top four netballing nations—England, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa—for a thrilling series of matches. Sky Sports will be showing all six games, ensuring that fans can enjoy every moment of this high-level competition.

Four of these six matches will be broadcast live on the brand new Sky Sports Mix channel. This fantastic new channel launches this week, offering a diverse range of sports designed to excite and engage the whole family. Best of all, Sky Sports Mix is available to every Sky TV customer at no extra cost, making it easier than ever to access world-class sporting action from the comfort of your own home.

A Celebration of Women's Sport

The launch of Sky Sports Mix marks a significant step forward in broadcasting more women's sport, alongside extreme sports, football, cricket, F1®, and golf. Georgina Faulkner, Head of Sky Sports Multi-Sport, highlighted that the Quad Series is a great addition to the schedule. She noted that this partnership with England Netball will enable millions more people to experience first-class netball and hopefully inspire viewers to go out and play the sport themselves.

The tournament has been specifically designed to give these top nations a chance to compete at the very highest level outside of the World Championships or Commonwealth Games. The England Roses begin their campaign on Saturday 27 August against New Zealand. The team is looking forward to building on their previous performances and continuing their journey towards the 2019 World Cup in Liverpool. Tracy Neville, Head Coach of England Netball, expressed how fantastic it is that fans have access to the team while they are overseas, noting that all the support is deeply appreciated.

With Sky Sports Mix set to broadcast 16 other sports in its first month, there has never been a better time to tune in and enjoy a wide variety of sporting events. Whether you are a long-time netball fan or looking to discover a new sport, this new channel offers something for everyone.
