Thanks to this innovative update, Sky will become the only TV platform in the UK to integrate Zeebox's cutting-edge second screen technology directly into a range of popular apps. This means that by this summer, you will be able to connect with friends through social media networks while you watch your favourite shows. Furthermore, you will receive bespoke bonus digital content tailored specifically to enhance the programme you are viewing on your main TV screen. This seamless integration will be available within award-winning apps such as Sky Go and Sky+, bringing a whole new dimension to your viewing experience and helping you get even closer to the content you love.
There is even more good news regarding the Sky+ app! From later on this year, the app will provide customers with convenient access to their Sky+ planner on the move, allowing you to manage your recordings wherever you are. Additionally, we are developing the app so that you can use your iPads and smartphones as remote controls for your Sky+ set-top boxes.
